ALTERNATIVES AND ANALYSIS <br />Since the final assessment to the benefited owners will be less than <br />computed on the preliminary assessment rolls, the only alternative presented <br />is to approve the final assessment rolls. <br />RECOMMENDATION AND FUNDING <br />It is recommended that the Final Assessment Rolls for the paving of 19th <br />Avenue, 3rd Street, 1st Street, and 18th Court be approved by the Board of <br />County Commissioners and that they be transmitted to: the Office of the <br />Clerk to the Board for Collection. <br />ON'MOTION by Commissioner Scurlock, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Bowman, Commissioner Wodtke being out <br />of the room and Commissioner Bird absent, the Board <br />unanimously (3-0) approved the following Final <br />Assessment Rolls and directed that they be transmitted <br />to the Office of the Clerk to the Board for collection <br />at 101% interest: <br />19th Ave, between 2nd 8 4th Sts. $20,968.88 <br />3rd St. between 18th 8 20th Aves. 9,730.08 <br />1st St. between 27th and 32nd Aves. 21,581.22 <br />18th Ct. between 6th 8 8th Sts. 20,975.46 <br />FINAL ASSESSMENT ROLLS ARE ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK <br />S.
