r <br />OCT 2 1955 <br />BOOK <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Scurlock, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Wodtke, the Board unanimously closed <br />the public hearing. <br />62 PAGE•11.0 <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Scurlock, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Bowman, the Board unanimously adopted <br />Ordinance 85-82 rezoning the subject property from <br />LM -1, B-1, A, RS -6 and RM -6 to RM -4 as requested <br />by Vero Sand Pines. <br />ORDINANCE NO. 85-82 <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian <br />River County, Florida, did publish and send its Notice of <br />Intent.to rezone the hereinafter described property and <br />pursuant thereto held a public hearing in relation thereto, <br />at which parties in interest and citizens were heard; NOW, <br />THEREFORE, <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Commissioners of <br />Indian River County, Florida, that the Zoning Ordinance of <br />Indian River County, Florida, and the accompanying Zoning <br />Map, be amended as follows: <br />1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the <br />following described property situated in <br />Indian River County, Florida, to -wit: <br />A PORTION OF SECTION 15, TOWNSHIP 32 SOUTH, RANGE 39 <br />EAST, INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA BEING MORE PARTICU- <br />LARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: THAT PORTION OF SAID <br />SECTION 15, BOUNDED ON THE EAST BY THE WEST RIGHT-OF- <br />WAY LINE OF THE FLORIDA EAST COAST RAILROAD; ON THE <br />WEST BY THE EAST RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF INDIAN RIVER <br />FARMS WATER MANAGEMENT DISTRICT'S LATERAL "G" CANAL; ON <br />THE NORTH BY THE NORTH SECTION LINE OF SAID SECTION 15; <br />ON THE SOUTH BY THE NORTH RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF INDIAN <br />RIVER FARMS WATER MANAGEMENT DISTRICT'S NORTH RELIEF <br />CANAL, LESS AND EXCEPT THE SE J OF THE Nf J OF SAID <br />SECTION 15, LYING WEST OF THE F.E.C.
