Any additional services requested by the Owner, but not included in this Project Scope, may be <br />provided at our hourly rates, a copy of which is attached. Reimbursable expenses, such as permit <br />fees, express mail, mileage, reproduction, etc., will be billed at cost, except for the manufactured <br />inspection platform and tapping services which will be cost plus 15 and 10 percent (to cover design <br />services and administrative costs). The scaffold design sheets as well as costs for the scaffold <br />(which has been bid by CAI), scaffold platforms and the tapping services are attached in this <br />Proposal for your review. <br />CAI sincerely thanks the County for giving us the oppoliunity to submit a Proposal for our <br />services.
