He recommended that the Board not hear it today on those <br />grounds and put it off until December 4th, which gives the Legal <br />Department the chance to get with the attorney who lives in the <br />development and with Attorney Clem so that we will have a common <br />legal ground when the hearing occurs. <br />Commissioner Wodtke apologized to those in attendance who <br />had not been notified that the applicant planned to ask for a <br />continuance today; however, he believed the applicant has the <br />option to ask for a postponement. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Wodtke, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Scurlock, the Board unanimously (4-0) <br />rescheduled the hearing for December 4, 1985 at <br />9:30 A.M. and authorized staff to readvertise and re - <br />notify the surrounding property owners. <br />PUBLIC HEARING - WEDGEWOOD PARK DEVELOPMENT, INC.
