Install street lighting <br />C. Remove vegetation in the right-of-way <br />d. Construct a sidewalk <br />e. Provide roadway access to Oslo Road <br />and/or 27th Avenue <br />In addition, the Committee recommended finding a way to <br />reduce the speed limit to 30 MPH west of the curve. <br />5. Proposed Site Plan, 17th Street at 3rd Court:' <br />Committee heard from Rockridge residents about the subject <br />proposed plaza, and recommended to the Vero Beach Planning <br />and Zoning Department to restrict left -turns out of the site <br />onto 3rd Court. <br />6. Street Lighting, US#1 at 99th Street: <br />Committee recommended installation of a street light to be <br />paid by the County beginning in FY 86-87. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Bowman, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Scurlock, the Board unanimously <br />accepted the above report and recommendations <br />of the Transportation Planning Committee. <br />SOUTH COUNTY FIRE <br />The Chairman announced that immediately upon adjournment of <br />the Commission Meeting, the Board would reconvene acting as the <br />District Board of Fire Commissioners of the South Indian River <br />County Fire District.
