The cost for Mr. Gibson to receive County <br />water will be: <br />Impact Fee $1,140.00 <br />Meter Installation $ 115.00 <br />Road Crossing (Jack & Boar) $ 360.00 <br />Tapping Charge $ 186.50 <br />Inspection $ 20.00 <br />TOTAL $1,821.50 <br />RECOMMENDATIONS <br />If the Board of County Commissioners deems that an installment <br />plan is appropriate, then the Utility Department would like to <br />propose the following terms: <br />The impact fee of $1,140.00 be paid over a twenty-four (24) <br />month installment period at an interest rate of 10-1/2%. <br />The monthly payment will be $52.88, and the first payment is <br />due immediately. The customer's initial cash outlay will be <br />as follows: <br />Meter Installation $ 115.00 <br />Road Crossing $ 360.00 <br />Tapping Charge $ 186.50 <br />Inspection $ 20.00 <br />First Installment $ 52.88 <br />Initial Cash Outlay $ 734.38 <br />23 Monthly Installments at $ 52.88 <br />10 <br />
