BARTON, ASSISTANT <br />DIRECTOR, UTILITY SERVICES <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS <br />DATE: OCTOBER 29, 1985 <br />SUBJECT: EUGENE CHARLES BRISTOL <br />PAYING WATER IMPACT FEES <br />ON AN INSTALLMENT PLAN <br />Mr. Eugene Charles Bristol, of 2555 - 44th Street, is requesting permission <br />from the Honorable Board of County Commissioners to pay water impact fees <br />on an installment plan. This request came to this Department by letter <br />from the Agricultural Resource Management signed by Cheryl A. Bowden, -- <br />Office Manager (attached hereto). The cost for Mr. Bristol to receive <br />County water will be: <br />Impact Fees $1,140.00 <br />Tapping Charges $ 186.50 <br />Meter Installation $ 115.00 <br />Deposit $ 40.00 <br />Total $1,481.50 <br />If the Honorable Board of County Commissioners deems that an installment <br />plan is appropriate then the Utility Department would like to propose the <br />following terms: <br />The impact fee of $1,140.00 be paid over a sixth (60) month <br />installment period at an interest rate of 10-1/20. The monthly <br />payment will be $24.51 and the first payment is due immediately. The <br />customer's initial cash outlay will be as follows: <br />Tapping Charge $ 186.50 <br />Meter Installation $ 115.00 <br />Deposit $ 40.00 <br />First Installment $ 24.51 <br />Total $ 366.01 <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Staff recommends that the Honorable Board of County Commissioners approve <br />Mr. Bristol's request to pay impact fees in the sixty (60) month <br />installment plan as indicated above. . <br />9 <br />Nov, 1 Boa 62 PAGE 635 <br />
