NOV 6 1985 <br />BOOK 62 PA ,)F 628 <br />portion of Old Dixie was advertised, but has not been scheduled <br />by staff; it therefore, will not be heard today. <br />Administrator Wright believed the applicant has withdrawn <br />his request, and this was confirmed by Planning Director Keating. <br />Attorney Vitunac agreed, but pointed out that this item was <br />advertised for today and, therefore, it was necessary to make the <br />announcement in case anyone read the ad and came in for the <br />hearing, which is not on the agenda. <br />ON MOTION BY Commissioner Scurlock, SECONDED <br />by Commissioner Bird, Commissioner Wodtke being <br />absent, the Board unanimously (4-0) added the <br />above described items to today's agenda. <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />The Chairman asked if there were any corrections or <br />additions to the Minutes of the Regular Meeting of October 2, <br />1985. There were none. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Scurlock, SECONDED <br />by Commissioner Bird, the Board unanimously (4-0) <br />approved the Minutes of the Regular Meeting of <br />October 2, 1985, as written. <br />The Chairman asked if there were any corrections or <br />additions to the Minutes of the Regular Meeting of October 9, <br />1985.
