approved a plan for service to the 22 lots in Phase I. The <br />wastewater is at 20,000 gallons, the water distribution is a 6" <br />pressurized line, and they have 10 water taps reserved so that <br />they can get the homes rolling in and some cash flow. <br />Commissioner Scurlock stressed that they are looking at <br />$2400 per unit in impact fees for water and sewer. <br />Chairman Lyons was still worried about the sewage system and <br />whether they were going to be able to build a sewage plant. <br />Director Pinto advised that the DER permitting sets forth <br />specifics as to the type of treatment and effluent disposal. <br />Their permit is good until June, 1986. <br />Commissioner Wodtke asked if the Clarks could submit a -copy <br />of a contract for a sewer plant within 60 days, and Mr. Clark <br />said he would .like to agree to that, but he did not know what he <br />would be getting into. <br />Chairman Lyons felt that he should know these things. <br />Ron Brooks of Utilities Services advised that Mr. Clark does <br />not have approval for a water collection system. <br />Director Pinto pointed out that this project started five <br />years ago when George Liner was director of the utilities depart- <br />ment. <br />Attorney Glenn again emphasized that six months ago the <br />Board made a motion that determined that a significant amount of <br />work had been done and did not terminate the site plan. He <br />submitted that during the last six months, his client did more <br />work than in the prior time and is stating that he is going to <br />get this project completed in six months. <br />Chairman Lyons felt uncomfortable with the whole picture and <br />wanted more assurance that this project will be completed.
