Administrator Wright understood that the County wants the <br />land back if possible, and Chairman Lyons agreed we do if it is <br />not going to be used for public purposes. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Scurlock, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Wodtke, Commissioner Bird being <br />temporarily delayed, the Board unanimously (4-0) <br />authorized the County Attorney to draw up an <br />appropriate resolution in support of the proposed <br />residential drug treatment program and convey it to the <br />State Legislature through our State Representative. <br />Judge Vocelle requested that the Board pass a resolution <br />requesting that the Secretary of HRS submit this in his budget to <br />the Governor and the Legislative Delegation supporting it or <br />implementing any type of funding for this project, as he <br />understood that it has to go through these administrative <br />agencies. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Scurlock, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Wodtke, Commissioner Bird being <br />temporarily delayed, the Board unanimously (4-0) <br />authorized the County Attorney to draft a <br />Resolution in support of the treatment program and <br />request HRS to submit this for budget purposes <br />to the Governor and Legislative Delegation. <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />The Chairman asked if there were any corrections or <br />additions to the Minutes of the Regular Meeting of 10/16/85. <br />There were none. <br />7 <br />�OV 13X985 <br />BOOK '62 PAGE 715 <br />
