Vero Beach. Florida 32950, hereinafter called "Lessor.": and Florida Power & Light <br />Company, which is located at 9250 West Flagler. Miami. Florida 33174. <br />WITNESSETH: <br />1. In consideration of rents, covenants, and agreements hereinafter reserved. the <br />Lessor does hereby grant permission to the Lessee to install and operate the following <br />described radio and operation equipment on Lessor's property at: <br />Kiwanis-Hobart Park <br />Indian River County. Flexible coaxial transmission line between antenna and radio equipment. <br />Such coaxial line to be anchored firmly to the tower. <br />C. Radio communications equipment consisting of transmitter, receiver and <br />accessories to be installed in the tower equipment shed located at the base of the tower <br />to encompass an area not to exceed 10 square feet. <br />D. Committed tower utilization space, including protective clearance above <br />and below the antenna[s], not to exceed 4 feet. <br />2. The term 'of the lease and the Lessee's obligation to pay rent shall commence <br />on the day of November . 1985. Notwithstanding the foregoing. Lessee's obligation <br />to pay rent shall commence as of the date of use and rent from November 1. 1985 shall <br />be prorated as to the date of use. The term of this lease shall be year to year following <br />the commencement of the term provided herein and may be renewed annually thereafter <br />unless within thirty days prior to the expiration of the term thereof.'or any renewal under <br />this provision, either the Leesor or the Lessees shall notify, in writing. the other party <br />to this lease that it does not desire to have the lease renewed.
