The Final Assessment <br />Rolls have been prepared and are ready to be delivered to the Clerk to the <br />Board. Assessments are to be paid within 90 days or in two equal installments, <br />the first to be made twelve months fron the due date and the second to be made <br />twenty-four months from the due date at an interest rate of to over the Prime Rate <br />established by the Board of County Commissioners. The due date is 90 days after <br />the final determination of the special assessment. <br />ALTERNATIVES AND ANALYSIS <br />Since the final assessment to the benefitted owners will be less than ccmputed <br />on the preliminary assessment rolls, the only alternative presented is to <br />approve the final assessment rolls. <br />PILX74ENDATION AND FUNDING <br />It is recommended that the Final Assessment Rolls for the paving of 7th Court SW, <br />8th Avenue SW & 16th Street be approved by the Board of County Comnissioners and <br />that they be transmitted to the office of the Clerk to the Board for collection. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Bird, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Bowman, the Board unanimously <br />approved the final assessment Rolls for the <br />paving of the following streets at an interest <br />15 <br />OV 2 0 1985 <br />BOOK <br />62 FAGS <br />
