There are <br />some hardware problems. He suggested reviewing the Board's <br />instructions with Administrator Wright re change orders, as he <br />would like to keep a running score of what is going on. He would <br />then come back with a recommendation on how we might want to <br />handle these changes. <br />DISCUSSION OF PROPOSED ORDINANCE PROHIBITING PERSONS WITH FIVE OR <br />MORE OUTSTANDING PARKING VIOLATIONS FROM OBTAINING AN AUTOMOBILE <br />LICENSE OR VALIDATION STICKER <br />The Board reviewed the following letter dated 11/25185: <br />City of Vero Beach <br />P. 0. The <br />subject resolution requests the Board of County Commissioners <br />for Indian River County, to at the earliest possible date, pass <br />an ordinance implementing the procedures and sanctions contained <br />in Chapter 85-325 of the Florida Statutes.
