located in the unincorporated portion of the barrier island in <br />Indian River County, Florida; and <br />WHEREAS, the moratorium imposed by Indian River <br />County Ordinance No. 85-22 expires December 31, 1985, and <br />WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the health, <br />safety and welfare of the citizens of Indian River County to <br />extend the moratorium imposed by Indian River County Ordinance <br />No. 85-22 in full force and effect until March 31, 1986; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that: <br />1. Indian River County Ordinance No. 85-22 is hereby <br />ratified and incorporated herein; and <br />2. This moratorium shall remain in full force and <br />effect from December 31, 1985 until March 31, 1986. <br />The foreqoing resolution was offered by Commissioner <br />Scurlock who moved its adoption. The motion was seconded by <br />Commissioner Bowman, and, upon being put to a vote, the vote was <br />as follows: <br />Chairman Patrick B. Lyons Aye <br />Vice -Chairman Don C.
