4/6/98(reeo\criminaicoete)ow <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 98- 46 <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br /> COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, <br /> FLORIDA, ADOPTING FINES AND COSTS IN <br /> CERTAIN CRIMINAL PROSECUTION. <br /> WHEREAS, a standardized "Order assessing fines, costs, and <br /> additional charges, and, if indicated, entering judgment" and a related <br /> standardized final judgment will conduce the orderly administration of justice, <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br /> COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA that: <br /> 1. The attached two forms entitled "Order assessing fines, costs, <br /> additional charges, and, if indicated, entering judgment" and "Final Judgment <br /> for fines,costs,and additional charges"are hereby approved and adopted." <br /> The resolution was moved to adoption by Commissioner Macht <br /> and the motion was seconded by Commissioner Ginn , and, upon <br /> being put to a vote, the vote was as follows: <br /> Chairman John W. Tippin Aye <br /> Vice Chairman Kenneth R. Macht Aye <br /> Commissioner Fran B. Adams Aye <br /> Commissioner Carolyn K. Eggert Aye <br /> Commissioner Caroline D.
