BARTON, ASSISTANT <br />DIRECTOR, UTILITY SERVICES <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS <br />DATE: JANUARY 7, 1986 <br />SUBJECT: FINAL PAYMENT - WEST <br />REGIONAL WASTEWATER <br />TREATMENT PLANT SITE WORK <br />Dickerson Florida, Inc. has the contract for the site work at the <br />West Regional Wastewater Treatment Plant site. The contract <br />amount was as follows: <br />Original Contract $394,212.00 <br />Change Order #1 $ 53,632.71 <br />Change Order #2 $ 1,825.00 <br />Total $449,669.71 <br />To date, we have made three (3) payments on this contract for a <br />total of $397,388.72. Work has now been completed and the fourth <br />and final payment in the amount of $48,013.90, has been <br />requested. The total payments will be less than the total <br />contract price because of quantity extensions. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Staff recommends that the Board,of County Commissioners authorize <br />the final payment in the amount of $48,013.90 to Dickerson <br />Florida, Inc. for the finalization of contract U85 -S2. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Lyons, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Bowman, the Board unanimously <br />approved final payment in the amount of <br />$48,013.90 to Dickerson Florida, Inc, for <br />finalization of contract U85 -S2. <br />D.
