Accessory structures may encroach into required <br /> yards as allowed in section 911.15 of the land <br /> development regulations. <br /> 6. A buffer maintenance easement, having a minimum <br /> width of ten (10) feet, shall be provided along the <br /> perimeter of the small lot subdivision between the <br /> small lot subdivision and all abutting <br /> residentially designated properties, except where <br /> the proposed small lot subdivision abuts another <br /> approved small lot subdivision or abuts an older, <br /> "grandfathered-in" subdivision where fifty (50) <br /> percent or more of the lots have been developed as <br /> fifty-foot wide single-family lots. Where <br /> required, the buffer easement shall comply with the <br /> following criteria: <br /> A.
