TO: The Board of County DATE: January 14, 1986 FILE: <br />Commissioners <br />SUBJECT: 'VISTA ROYALE/INDIAN <br />RIVER COUNTY <br />FROM: Jam s ' lson REFERENCES: <br />Ass t County Attorney <br />The attached deeds 'are to be executed in order to settle the <br />pending litigation between Vista Royale and the County regarding <br />water services and the water plant property. The attached deeds <br />convey the County's ownership in the old water plant property to <br />the Vista Royale Association, together with easements for ingress <br />and egress to that site. The County will retain the ownership of <br />and access to all waterlines servicing this area. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Wodtke, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Bowman, Commissioner Lyons having <br />left the meeting, the Board unanimously (4-0) <br />approved the deeds conveying the County's ownership <br />in the old water plant property to the Vista Royale <br />Association, together with easements for ingress and <br />egress to that site, and authorized the Chairman's <br />signature. <br />COUNTY DEED AND DEED OF EASEMENT IS ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE <br />CLERK TO THE BOARD <br />MUDBOGGING LEASE <br />Attorney Vitunac presented the proposed lease with Mike <br />Loudermilk, Sr. to construct a mudbogging pit at the County <br />Fai_rgr.ounds and to conduct monthly mudbogging events. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Wodtke, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Bird, Commissioner Lyons having <br />left the meeting, the Board unanimously (4-0) <br />approved the lease with Mike Loudermilk, Sr. <br />for a mudbogging pit at the County Fairgrounds, <br />and authorized the Chairman's signature. <br />80 <br />JAN 2 2 1986 a BOOK 63 FAjE408 <br />
