r .. <br />JAN 2 2 1956 <br />L E A S E <br />BOOK( 63 PAGr 409 <br />THIS LEASE, executed this 22nd day of January, 1986, by <br />and between the BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER <br />COUNTY, FLORIDA, hereinafter referred to as the "LESSOR", and <br />MIKE LOUDERMILK, SR., of 6685 69th Street, Vero Beach, Florida-; <br />32960, hereinafter referred to as the "LESSEE": <br />W I T N E S S E T H: <br />Whereas, Lessor is the owner of certain land in Indian <br />River County known as the Indian River County Fairgrounds; and <br />Whereas, it is desirable in order to provide for the <br />health, welfare and general good of the citizens of Indian River <br />County that recreational concerns of the citizens be addressed; <br />and <br />Whereas, Lessee has proposed to construct a mudbogging <br />pit on the Indian River Fairground property, and to conduct <br />monthly mudbogging events, which events will provide recreation <br />for the citizens of Indian River County; and <br />Whereas, the request to conduct mudbogging events at <br />the Indian River County Fairgrounds has been approved by the <br />Indian River County Parks and Recreation Committee and by the <br />Indian River County Fairgrounds Advisory Committee; <br />Now, therefore, for and in consideration of the sum of <br />SEVEN HUNDRED FIFTY DOLLARS per event, and other valuable <br />considerations and of the covenants and agreements herein <br />contained, the Lessor does hereby let, demise, and lease unto <br />said Lessee the following described property situated in Indian <br />River County, Florida, to wit: <br />The west 400.00 feet of the southwest quarter of the northwest <br />quarter of the southeast quarter of Section 32, Township 31 <br />South, Range 39 East, Indian River County, Florida, <br />to have the right to conduct mudbogging recreational events at <br />the same location at least once each month for a term of one year <br />from the date hereof. <br />-1- <br />s � � <br />
