JAN 2,2 1986 <br />BOOKPAG, 411, <br />7. Lessee, at Lessee's expense, shall provide and <br />carry, in addition to fire insurance, liability insurance <br />coverage in an amount of not less than TWO HUNDRED THOUSAND <br />DOLLARS per individual injury, and FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND DOLLARS <br />per occurrence. The Lessor shall be named a co-insured and <br />copies of said policy mailed to Lessor annually or prior to each <br />event, whichever applies. <br />8. Lessee agrees to indemnify and hold Lessor harmless <br />for every and all claims that may arise from Lessee's use of the <br />demised premises, including court costs and attorney's fees, and <br />including use by permitees of the Lessee. <br />9. Lessee agrees to erect safety posts and fencing <br />sufficient to prevent unpermitted use of the mudbogging pit, and <br />further agrees to maintain same throughout the term of this <br />lease. Lessee agrees to provide any and all control personnel or <br />devices necessary to maintain crowd and traffic safety on the day <br />of any mudbogging event. <br />10. Lessee agrees to reimburse Lessor for any and all <br />property damage incurred as a result of mudbogging events. <br />11. Lessee agrees that no alcoholic beverages will be <br />permitted on the leased premises. <br />12. Lessor agrees that it will provide two portable <br />toilet facilities at each event, and any additional toilet <br />facilities required by the size of the crowd will be provided by <br />Lessee. <br />13.
