JAN 1986 BOOK 63 <br />(7) Any person may appeal the County <br />Administrator's decision on their Traffic Impact Analysis by <br />filing a petition with the Board of County Commissioners within <br />thirty (30) days of a decision by the County Administrator. In <br />reviewing the decision, the Board of County Commissioners shall <br />use the standards established in Section V.C.(6). <br />SECTION VI <br />Time of Payment <br />No building permit approval shall be issued until any <br />applicable "Fair Share Roadway Improvements Fee" shall be paid <br />according to these provisions. The obligation to pay the fee <br />shall run with the land. <br />SECTION VII <br />Interpretation of the Ordinance and Fee Schedule <br />A. <br />Interpretation <br />Interpretation of all provisions of this ordinance, <br />including whether a proposed land development activity is <br />identified in one of the land use types in the Fee Schedule <br />established in Section V. B. (4), shall be made by the County <br />Administrator. <br />B. <br />Fair Share Fee Determination for Land Development <br />Activity Not Included in Fee Schedules <br />(1) Any person who shall initiate any land <br />development activity interpreted by the County Administrator as <br />not included in the Fee Schedule established in Section V.B. (1), <br />shall submit a request to the County Administrator for a Fair <br />Share Fee Determination for the proposed land development <br />activity pursuant to the terms of this ordinance. The Fair Share <br />Fee Determination shall be the "Fair Share Roadway Improvement <br />- Fee" exacted for the proposed land development activity pursuant <br />to the terms -of this ordinance. <br />(2) The County Administrator shall prepare the <br />Fair Share Fee Determination within thirty (30) days after a <br />- 15 - <br />M e M <br />
