She understood <br />that the applicant intends to sell and install solar shield <br />coating and insulation. She felt we should be very cautious of <br />what we put on that sand ridge. <br />Planning 8 Development Director Robert Keating assured <br />Commissioner Bowman that staff had looked very closely at that <br />use during the site plan process. He reported that they are <br />presently working with the St. Johns River Water Management <br />District to come up with criteria for quantity and quality of <br />water with respect to development on the sand ridge. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Wodtke, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Bird, the Board unanimously adopted <br />Resolution 86-8, granting a release of the rear lot 5' <br />easement on Lots 4 and 7, Block 3, Sebastian Grove <br />Estates Subdivision, as requested by Nelson H.
