<br />The Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County,
<br />Florida, met in Special Session at the County Commission
<br />Chambers, 1840 25th Street, Vero Beach, Florida, on Wednesday,
<br />February 19, 1986, at 5:00 o'clock P.M. Present were Don C.
<br />Scurlock, Jr., Chairman; Patrick B. Lyons, Vice Chairman; Richard
<br />N. Bird; Margaret C. Bowman; and William C. Wodtke, Jr. Also
<br />present were Michael J. Wright, County Administrator; Charles P.
<br />Vitunac, Attorney to the Board of -County Commissioners; and
<br />Virginia Hargreaves, Deputy Clerk.
<br />The hour of 5:00 o'clock P.M. having passed, the Deputy
<br />Clerk read the following Notice with Proof of Publication
<br />attached, to -wit:

<br />at Vero Beach in Indian River County, Florida; that the attached copy of advertisement, being

<br />River County, Florida will conduct a Public Hear-
<br />ing on Wednesday, February 19, 1986 at 5:00
<br />P.M. in the County Commission Chambers at the
<br />County Administration Building, 1840 25th
<br />Street, Vero Beach, Florida 32960, to receive the
<br />Special Master's Report relating to impasse'
<br />resolutions between the Communication Work-
<br />ers of America and Indian River, County. At this
<br />hearing the Board of County Commissioners will
<br />listen to the parties reasons for recommending
<br />rejection of parts of the Special Master's Report.
<br />You are invited to attend.
<br />If any person decides to appeal any decision
<br />made'on the matter, he/she will need a record
<br />of the proceedings, and for such purposes, he/-
<br />she may need to ensure that a verbatim record
<br />of the proceedings is made, which record in-
<br />cludes the testimony in evidence on which the
<br />appeal is based.
