Indian River County Supervisor of Elections Leslie R. Swan <br />a.m. Request to have Revenues for Elections Conducted for the Municipalities of <br />Sebastian and Vero Beach rolled into the 2015-2016 Fiscal Year Budget <br />(letter dated November 17, 2015) <br />125 <br />Supervisor of Elections Leslie Swan asked the Board to approve rolling over <br />the revenues received from the Sebastian and Vero Beach City elections, to <br />her budget, since the costs to conduct the elections were not included in her <br />annual fiscal year budget. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Davis, SECONDED by Commissioner <br />O'Bryan, the Board unanimously approved for the City revenues from the <br />November 3, 2015 election, in the amount of $56,338, to be rolled into the <br />Supervisor of Elections 2015-2016 fiscal year budget. <br />9:46 B. Addition: Emergency Item - Indian River County Sheriff Dervl Loar <br />a.m. <br />Sheriff Deryl Loar provided an update on the Mental Health Court program <br />and its expenditures/budget (on file).
