ON MOTION by Commissioner Lyons, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Wodtke, the Board unanimously <br />authorized the Chairman to sign the letter <br />releasing the subject property from the <br />County's Utility Service Area, as follows: <br />Telephone: (305) 567-8000 <br />February 26, 1986 <br />Suncom Telephone: 424-1011 <br />Mr. John Little <br />City Manager <br />City of Vero Beach <br />PO Box 1389 <br />Vero Beach, FL 32961-1389 <br />RE: COMMERCIAL PROPERTY - 699 17th STREET <br />RELEASE FROM INDIAN RIVER COUNTY UTILITY SERVICE AREA <br />Dear Mr. Little: <br />It is our intent to honor the request to release the subject property <br />from the County's Utility Service Area, since County water service is <br />not available. Please accept this letter as authorization to allow <br />the subject property to connect to the City's water main which is <br />adjacent to the property. The Board of County Commissioners approved <br />this request during the County Commissioners meeting on February 26, <br />1986. <br />Sincerely, <br />Cd <br />Don C.
