County Attorney Charles Vitunac advised <br />him that unless he has a personal financial interest in the <br />subject property, it would be his decision on whether or not to <br />vote. The only interest he has in this issue -is his residence at <br />1656 71st Ct. in the subdivision adjacent to the subject <br />property, and he has decided to vote on the matter because he has <br />never been one to walk away from an issue. <br />10 <br />
