make a recommendation for the award of the bid, however, It is <br />felt that if we can get on site sometime in April, and if our <br />permits are obtained from the St. Johns River Water Management <br />District around the first of May, we could get this golf course <br />planted in early fall of this year, which would bring us back <br />pretty close to our original construction schedule of having this <br />course open in the winter of 1987. <br />Administrator Wright stated that in order to do that, we <br />must have good weather, good contractors and everything must fall <br />into place.
