QUESTION NO. 17 <br />Can the existing pavement and base be utilized as stabilization material? <br />ANSWER NO. 17 <br />The existing pavement and base may be utilized as stabilization material. However, the material will be <br />required to be in accordance with Section 160 of the FDOT Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge <br />Construction 2015 and as modified by the Technical Specifications in the Contract Documents. <br />QUESTION NO. 18 <br />Can 1st Street be completely closed during construction except for local traffic? <br />ANSWER NO. 18 <br />Contractor's Maintenance of Traffic Plan shall maintain continuous vehicular traffic on 1St Street S.W. and <br />43rd Avenue at all times. <br />QUESTION NO. 19 <br />The bid tabs contained within the specification package describe pay item 630-2-14 as "Conduit above <br />Ground 2" PVC".
