There <br />were none. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Bowman, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Lyons, the Board unanimously approved <br />the Minutes of the Special Meeting of February 19, <br />1986, as written. <br />DATE FOR BUDGET WORKSHOP <br />After discussion as to a time most convenient for all to <br />attend, it was decided to set a date for a Budget Workshop of <br />Thursday, April 3rd at 9:00 A.M. <br />AWARD OF CERTIFICATE - TERRY SOUTHARD <br />Chairman Scurlock stated that it is a distinct privilege for <br />him to present this Certificate of Outstanding Achievement to <br />Terry Southard of our Utilities Department.
