Roddenberry Mar. 4, 1986: <br />Item 1 Mrs. Fultz is requesting a driveway access at her existing house and carport which <br />faces the Boulevard with a guarantee upon development that the driveway may be widened. <br />Item 2 & 4 will be addressed by the Engineer Department staff. <br />Item 3 Request for an agreement as to a right of first refusal to tie into the proposed <br />sewerline should tie-ins be permitted. <br />In addition, the attached memo from James Wilson Feb. 27, 1986: Attorney Jackson is <br />requesting to combine the Beals' and Smeltzers' driveway at their property line and to <br />combined the Fultz and Whites driveway at their property line. <br />Mr. Jackson letter Feb. 11, 1986: <br />Item 4 Stipulation that the property owner has priority to access sewerline stipulate the <br />and maxim= tie-in fees. <br />ALTERNATIVES AND ANALYSIS <br />Staff has reviewed both appraisals and property owners acceptable settle- <br />ment for each parcel. The alternative is to authorize condemnation using <br />the Armfi.eld appraisal Fair Market Value for the 150' right of way for each <br />parcel. <br />CATION AND FUNDING <br />Staff requests authorization to purchase each parcel at the property owners <br />acceptable settlement, and to provide direction to settle the four <br />driveways requested by the property owners attorneys and sewerline tie-in <br />clarification. <br />Funding will be from Indian River Boulevard Account # 304-214-541-66.12 <br />42 <br />
