The decisions and expenditures voted upon by the <br />Committee shall.be adopted by all officers, and the funds shall <br />be expended by the Board to supply the necessary equipment <br />allocation to each officer. <br />8. This Agreement shall continue from year to year until <br />terminated by the parties. <br />9. It is understood that nothing herein shall require any <br />party to violate any of the legal obligations of their office, <br />such as privacy, confidentiality, or maintenance of backup <br />materials. <br />10.
