Current limited planning by several involved agencies (IRCPHU, nm, District 1X <br />Health Counci., HRS, and others ) has developed to a stage indicating the time is <br />rapidly apporaching when full participation by a respresentative of the BCC is <br />highly desirable in order to best serve the Board's interest. <br />Therefore, I solicit your recommendation as to the best way to proceed in selecting <br />a participant for both short range and long range planning. <br />I recommend the selection have the full confidence of the BCC, and, most important, <br />have time to attend several meetings. Experience in health, financial and legal <br />affairs seems highly. desirable. <br />Please contact me with your advice at your earliest opportunity. <br />Commissioner Wodtke indicated he would accept the <br />appointment to this task force, but noted that the memo said to <br />be prepared to travel and spend some time.
