In this <br />case, he asked for one specific action. <br />After further discussion, Mr. Moler informed the Board that, <br />since it is apparent their request for multi family will not be <br />approved, he has been authorized to request that their applica- <br />tion be withdrawn at this time. <br />Vice Chairman Lyons announced that since the request for <br />rezoning has been withdrawn, no further Board action is required <br />and the Motion on the floor dies. <br />Mrs. Eggert requested that staff be allowed to revisit the <br />Winter Beach Small Area Plan as she would like to clear up any <br />confusion. <br />Vice Chairman Lyons agreed this should be clarified, and <br />Commissioner Wodtke suggested that we instruct staff and the <br />Planning & Zoning Commission to revisit the Winter Beach Small <br />Area Plan and come back with a recommendation.
