In this <br />case, he asked for one specific action. <br />After further discussion, Mr. Moler informed the Board that, <br />since it is apparent their request for multi family will not be <br />approved, he has been authorized to request that their applica- <br />tion be withdrawn at this time. <br />Vice Chairman Lyons announced that since the request for <br />rezoning has been withdrawn, no further Board action is required <br />and the Motion on the floor dies. <br />Mrs. Eggert requested that staff be allowed to revisit the <br />Winter Beach Small Area Plan as she would like to clear up any <br />confusion. <br />Vice Chairman Lyons agreed this should be clarified, and <br />Commissioner Wodtke suggested that we instruct staff and the <br />Planning & Zoning Commission to revisit the Winter Beach Small <br />Area Plan and come back with a recommendation. He then discussed <br />at length the fact that character of life will become more <br />dependent on our ability to have infrastructure, the fact that we <br />have to have some areas where we can concentrate densities, and <br />emphasized that if the Plan says we can allow 6 units per acre, <br />it must be realized this can happen as people want to utilize <br />their property. <br />The discussion on Foplasco Developers having ended, Chairman <br />Scurlock returned to the meeting and took the gavel back from <br />Vice Chairman Lyons. <br />DER/ARMY"CORPS/DNR PERMIT APPLICATIONS - (Tom Smith re Salvage) <br />Chief Environmental Planner Challacombe made the following <br />presentation, noting that this is very similar to the application <br />made by Mel Fisher of Treasure Coast Salvors several weeks ago. <br />35 <br />APR 2 1996 Boa 6 4 FacE 35 <br />� J <br />
