Progress Report <br />The staff will prepare a progress report on the planning <br />program and transmit the report to the Department of <br />Community Affairs by September 1, 1986. This report will <br />identify the status of each work element included within <br />the scope of services. In addition to the progress <br />report, the staff will transmit a financial report and <br />copies of all draft and final work products. <br />IV. Closeout Report <br />The staff will submit a closeout report to DCA by December <br />1, 1986. This closeout report will consist of a financial <br />report and a copy of all work products. <br />Commissioner Wodtke inquired if these funds are mostly for <br />the coastal study, and Director Keating explained that coastal <br />management is just one of about nine elements we have to do to <br />bring the county in compliance with the new growth management <br />legislation; the money can be used for all of the elements. <br />Commissioner Wodtke hoped that the work Cubit Engineering is <br />doing will dovetail with what is needed for the coastal element <br />so we can eliminate any possible duplication, and Director <br />Keating believed that will help us greatly in a specific part of <br />that particular element. <br />Commissioner Bird asked if this will be done in-house with <br />56 <br />
