DeBraal, Deputy County Attorney Kate Pmgolt Cotner, Assistant County Attorney MEMORANDUM TO: Board of County Commissioners FROM: Dylan Reingold, County Attorney DATE: November 4, 2015 V SUBJECT: Construction Board of Adjustment and Appeals Committee Appointment On September 13, 2011, the Board of County Commissioners adopted Resolution 2011-072, which assigned to the County Attorney's Office the task of monitoring certain committee member terms, and overseeing the process of appointments and reappointments. This agenda item is to consider the appointment of an applicant to fill the position of "General Public" representative vacancy on the Construction Board of Adjustment and Appeals Committee, which term expires in January 2017. The vacancy has been advertised on the County's website and on Channel 27 in excess of 30 days. The following is the name of the qualified applicant for this position, whose resume and application is available for review in the Commissioners' Front Office area: John A. Walker RECOMMENDATION. The County Attorney recommends that the Board review the applicant's resume and application, and determine whether to appoint him to fill the unexpired term for the "General Public" representative to the Construction Board of Adjustment and Appeals Committee.
