Attachment A — SCOPE OF WORK <br />Project Name: Indian River County Shooting Range FWC Contract No. 15120 <br />Hunter Education Classroom <br />i. Specific Project Deliverables & Associated Tasks <br />Classroom building. <br />ii. Minimum Level of Performance <br />The County has constructed the classroom building that has passed all building <br />inspections and has received a Certificate of Occupancy or equivalent from the <br />County Building Official. In addition, all punch list items have been addressed to the <br />satisfaction of FWC. <br />iii. Documentation / Criteria Used as Evidence of Performance <br />Receipt of Certificate of Occupancy or equivalent. Final Project Inspection report <br />completed by FWC Contract Manager indicating that all punch list items <br />(construction deficiencies) have been addressed. <br />iv <br />Timeline for Completion <br />480 -days after -plan acceptance by FWC Contract -Manager:— - <br />---- _ =3-FINANCIAL;CONSEQUENCES-:­­::-­,:: <br />Pursuant to 215.971(1)(c), Florida Statutes, the Commission will withhold payment of funds for <br />failure to complete the Project as described herein within the timeframe allowed, or for failure to <br />correct any Project deficiencies, as noted in the Final Project Inspection report. <br />4. PERFORMANCE <br />The County will work with FWC to create, develop, and finalize construction plans for a new hunter <br />education classroom facility to be located at the Indian River County Public Shooting Range. At a <br />minimum the heated and cooled portion of the classroom shall be of sufficient size that 50 (fifty) <br />students can be accommodated at any given time with closet storage for hunter safety materials and <br />required restroom facilities. The exact location of the classroom within the range property is to be <br />determined by FWC and the County but will generally be located in an upland area near the <br />currently existing sporting clays / 5 -stand course parking area. (See Exhibit A). <br />5. COMPENSATION AND PAYMENT <br />A. COMPENSATION <br />For satisfactory completion of the tasks described in this Scope of Work, by the County under <br />the terms of this Agreement, the Commission shall pay the County on a cost reimbursement <br />basis in an amount not to exceed $144,000.00. The County shall be reimbursed only for <br />budgeted expenses incurred during the term of the Agreement that are directly related to the <br />project. <br />Version 1.0 — June 2013 <br />Page 2 of 5 <br />6.1 <br />
