E. Block Architect for the clubhouse, <br />maintenance and golf storage buildings as recom- <br />mended by staff. <br />Commissioner Wodtke asked if it is normal for the architect <br />to include engineering for sewer and water and drainage, and <br />Administrator Wright stated that in the past we have done some <br />offsite work, sometimes to the edge of the buildings and <br />sometimes further.
