All <br />criteria, including status as a non-commercial accessory to a <br />principal structure and minimum separation between buildings, have <br />been meta <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Staff recommends that the Board grant special exception approval <br />of the guest cottage. <br />Chairman Scurlock opened the Public Hearing and asked if <br />anyone wished to be heard in this matter. There were none. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Bird, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Lyons, the Board unanimously closed <br />the Public Hearing. <br />MOTION WAS MADE by Commissioner Bird, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Wodtke, that the Board grant special <br />exception approval of the guest cottage, as <br />recommended by staff. <br />Under discussion, Planner Craver confirmed that there were <br />no deed restrictions on the warranty deed. <br />Commissioner Bowman asked about the present use of the other <br />half of Lot 11, and Planner Craver explained that the owner of <br />Lot 10 lives there as each of the abutting owners bought a lot <br />and a half. <br />THE CHAIRMAN CALLED FOR THE QUESTION.
