Craver\ REFERENCES: <br />Staff Planner <br />It is requested- that the data herein presented be given formal <br />consideration by the Board of County Commissioners at their <br />regular meeting of April 23, 1986. <br />DESCRIPTION & CONDITIONS <br />On April 25, 1985, the Planning and Zoning Commission approved a <br />major site plan application submitted by Carl Renz, owner of the <br />Carlana Mobile Home Park. Approval was granted to develop a one <br />and two-story professional office/retail sales/residential complex <br />on the park site, located on the east side of U.S. Highway #1, <br />south of Pelican Pointe.
