A <br />BOOK 64 PAGE 22'O'S <br />Site plan approval for the complex, to be known as Riverside <br />Village, was conditioned upon the expansion of the Pelican Pointe <br />water franchise area to include the proposed development. As a <br />result of continuing differences between the County and Pelican <br />Pointe regarding impact fees, the expansion of the franchise area <br />has not yet been approved, and therefore, Mr. Renz is requesting a <br />1 year extension of site plan approval. No ordinances have been <br />adopted since the April 25, 1985 approval which would alter the <br />approved site plan. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Staff recommends approval of the request for a 1 year extension of <br />site plan approval. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Bird, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Lyons, the Board unanimously granted <br />Carl Renz a 1 -year extension of site plan approval, as <br />recommended by staff. <br />H.
