Daniels, who after <br />first being duly swom by me say: <br />1. John Essa and David K. Daniels each as to a 50% interest are the <br />owners of a certain parcel of property situate in Indian River County, Florida <br />("Owners"), which property is more particularly described on Exhibit "A" attached <br />hereto and made a part hereof (the Property"). <br />2. This Affidavit of Exemption for the Property is made pursuant to <br />Section 913.06(5) of the Indian River County Code. <br />3. Owners are creating 4 Tots, tracts or parcels, each of which <br />individually is 200,000 square feet or more in area, and in accordance with the <br />certified survey attached hereto as Exhibit "A", pursuant to Section 913.06(5) of <br />the Indian River County Subdivision Ordinance. <br />4. Owners have elected not to construct certain subdivision <br />improvements on the Property to County standards, which standards would <br />otherwise apply. This election is allowed under the County's current subdivision <br />and platting regulations for those projects for which Owners have provided <br />disclosure of this fact, and have provided for the maintenance of all streets, <br />roads, easements or drainage improvements which presently exist or may later <br />be developed on the property. <br />5.
