A Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions for the Esse Affidavit <br />of Exemption has been prepared and filed of record which, among other things, <br />prohibits the division of land within the subject property into smaller lots or <br />parcels of less than 200,000 square feet in size, unless such division is <br />accomplished by filing a plat approved by Indian River County which meets all <br />requirements of the Indian River County Code. Included among the restrictions <br />is the prohibition on the following Caribbean Fruit Fly host plants on the property: <br />Cattley Guava, Common Guava, Loquat, Rose Apple, and Surinam Cherry. Said <br />Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions is recorded in Official Record Book <br />, Page 1591 Public Records of Indian River County, Florida. <br />7. No Certificate of Occupancy can be issued for any structure <br />within the land subject to this affidavit of exemption, until the property <br />under this affidavit of exemption has received a Certificate of Completion. <br />2011 <br />8.
