Szpyrka, P.E., Assistant Public Works Director <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Staff recommends awarding this bid to West Construction in the amount of $1,294,027.81 as the lowest and <br />most responsive bidder meeting the specifications as set forth in the Invitation to Bid. <br />Staff further requests that the Board of County Commissioners approve the attached sample agreement and <br />authorize the Chairman to execute said agreement after receipt and approval of the required Public <br />Construction Bond and Certificate of Insurance and after the County Attorney has approved the agreement <br />as to form and legal sufficiency. <br />ATTACHMENTS <br />1.
