Adult residents will increase their knowledge and skills in the area of health and safety for <br /> children by a minimum of 5-10% as evidence through a health and safety pre & post test given at <br /> the beginning and end of the 8 week parenting classes. Seventy-five percent of resident children will increase their knowledge and skills in the area <br /> of academic performance as evidence through progress reports and report cards.
