Further, the <br />applicant is requesting the -release of the rear'. lot 10 foot _ <br />easement of lots 7, 8, and 9, Block G, Unit #1, Pine Lake <br />Estates, being the easterly 10 feet thereof. These lots are 70 <br />feet in width and 125 feet in depth. It is the Ade's intention <br />to consolidate the lots into one large building site, meeting <br />the criteria of the RS -1, single family zoning district, to <br />construct a residence on the site. <br />The current zoning classification is RS -1, Single Family <br />District.
