ALTERNATIVES AND ANALYSIS:
<br />The request has been reviewed by Southern Bell, Florida Power &
<br />Light Company, Jones Intercable, and the Utility and
<br />Right-of-way Departments. Based upon their review, there were
<br />no objections to release of the easements. Zoning staff
<br />analysis, which included a site visit, indicates that drainage
<br />would be adequately handled on-site.
<br />RECOMMENDATION:
<br />Staff recommends to the Board, through adoption of a
<br />resolution, the release of the rear lot 10' easement of Lots
<br />4, 5, and 6, Block G, Unit 1, Pine Lake Estates, being the
<br />westerly 10 feet thereof. Further, the staff recommends the
<br />release of the rear lot 10 foot easement of lots 7, 8, and 9,
<br />Block G, Unit #1, Pine Lake Estates, being the easterly 10 feet
<br />thereof, recorded in Record Book 123, Page 141 of the Public
<br />Records of Indian River County, Florida.
<br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Lyons, SECONDED by Commis-
<br />sioner Bowman, the Board unanimously adopted Resolu-
<br />tion 86-24 releasing the rear lot 10' easements of
<br />Lots 4, 5 and 6, Block G. Unit 1, Pine Lake Estates,
<br />as requested by Nelson and Roxanne Ade.

<br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian
<br />River County, Florida, have been requested to release the rear
<br />lot 10' easement of lots 4, 5, and 6, Block G, Unit 1, Pine
<br />Lake Estates, being the westerly 10 feet thereof, as well as
<br />the rear lot 10 foot easement of Lots 7, 8, and 9, Block G,
<br />Unit #1, Pine Lake Estates, being the easterly 10 feet thereof,
<br />according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Official Record
<br />Book 123, Page 141, of Indian River County, Florida; and
<br />WHEREAS, said lot line easements were dedicated on
<br />the Plat of the Pine Lake Estates Subdivision, Unit. #1 for
<br />public utility purposes; and
<br />WHEREAS, the request for such release of easements
<br />have been submitted in proper form;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
<br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the
<br />following lot line easements in Pine Lake Estates Subdivision,
