I <br />MY 7 1986 <br />BOOK 64 Fr+1AC ■J 2 <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Lyons, SECONDED by Commis- <br />sioner Bowman, the Board unanimously -adopted Resolu- <br />tion 86-26 releasing the southerly 20 foot utility <br />easement of Lot 5, Genesea Subdivision, as requested <br />by John and Janet Scanlon. <br />RESOLUTION NO. 86-26 <br />WHEREAS, The Board of County Commissioners of Indian <br />River County, Florida, -have been requested to release the <br />southerly ten (10) foot utility easement according to the Plat <br />thereof as recorded in Plat Book 11, Page 7 of the Public <br />Records of Indian River County, Florida; and <br />WHEREAS, said lot line easements were dedicated on <br />the Plat of Genesea Subdivision for public utility purposes; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the request for such release of easements <br />have been submitted in proper form; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the <br />following lot line easements in Genesea Subdivision shall be <br />released, abandoned and vacated as follows: <br />The southerly ten (10) foot utility of Lot 5, Genesea <br />Subdivision, ac.-ording to the Plat thereof recorded in <br />Plat Book 11,'.. -__sae Public Records of Indian <br />River County, Florida. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chairman and the <br />Clerk be and they hereby are authorized and directed to execute <br />a release of said lot line easements hereinabove referred to in <br />form proper for recording and placing in the Public Records of <br />Indian River County, Florida. <br />This 7th day of May , 1986. <br />16 <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, <br />FLORIDA <br />BY: <br />Don C.
