MAY 14 1986 BOOK 64 PACE 430 <br />Utilities Director Terry Pinto explained that he denied the <br />applicant's request to pay the $8500 at the time the Certificate <br />of Occupancy was issued and instead required him to pay prior to <br />the issuance of the building permit.
