Costs to be reimbursed for constructing the subject = <br />main and oversizing certain utility- facilities are outlined in ==a <br />attached developers agreement and total $52,176.00. _ <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Staff recommends that the Board of County Commissioners approve = <br />change order deleting construction of the.subject force main from L== <br />current SR 60 wastewater -improvements project. Furthermore, <br />recommends approval of the attached developers -agreement between I^d. <br />River County and the Planned Development Corporation providing = <br />construction of the subject force main and, thereby, approve $52,1:6'•.-,_ <br />in credit against impact fees totaling $133,227.00. for the sub=ec= <br />construction and oversizing certain utility facilities, resulting in <br />difference of $81,051.00 due the County. <br />Utilities Director Terry Pinto stated that this took a <br />tremendous amount of time to negotiate mainly because the lift <br />station we constructed at our water tower site needed easements <br />from the Wilson, Poteat, and Monroe properties and Sixty Oaks <br />development. Sixty Oaks is going to do some major offsite and <br />oversize construction and this is the agreement that sets forth <br />all the negotiating that took place. <br />Chairman Scurlock understood that basically we are still <br />requiring the developer to make the necessary improvements up <br />front, and then we will give a credit for the oversizing. <br />Administrator Wright pointed out that this lift station will <br />also service the correctional facility and we have received <br />easements from them as well. <br />�1 141,31 <br />MAY 14 1986 31 BOOT 64 F <br />
