Mehta, P.E. <br />December 31, 2015 <br />Page 5 <br />CDM Smith providedgeneral technical assistance with regard to the Multi -Sector Generic Permit <br />(MSGP) for stormwater discharge. CDM Smith prepared and submitted a Notice of Intent to use the <br />MSGP for discharge of stormwater from the IRC Landfill, which renewed the permit through May 6, <br />2020. <br />CDM Smith prepared and submitted a letter report documenting the abandonment of several wells <br />that are no longer part of the monitoring program. The letter report was submitted to FDEP on <br />September 23, 2015. <br />CDM Smith also provided information requested by FDEP to support the issuance of the new Water <br />Quality Monitoring Plan included in the new Solid Waste Construction/Operation Permit. CDM <br />Smith provided reviewed and provided comments on the draft Water Quality Monitoring Plan the <br />draft copy of new Solid Waste Construction/Operation Permit. <br />CDM Smith appreciates the opportunity to provide these services to IRC.
